My service with Zoom Drain was excellent! I called and requested a price for service and was given one, which seemed to be against the norm since most other companies refused to give one without sending someone out first. The price given was much lower than the others that I looked into.(Roto-Rooter, Joe the Plumber, and John Moore) The owner informed me that my Tech would be running a little behind schedule and kept me informed throughout the process. My Tech, Donell arrived and was very professional. He confirmed the nature of the job and the price. He got started, and less than an hour later, my toilet had a new wax ring, was no longer leaking, and looked the way it did when it was new. Thanks Donell for a job well done and thanks Zoom Drain for knocking out the competition. Keep up the good work 👏 ~ Cal J

Our kitchen drain was clogged and we could not unclog it ourselves. No one called us back except Zoom Drain. This was 4 days after Hurricane Beryl. Zoom Drain was quick to respond and provided great communication by sending updates through text and voice calls. Donell was punctual, polite and dressed professionally in uniform. Donell explained the needed service completely and answered all our questions. The drain was unclogged and the pipes were jetted clean thoroughly and completely. Enzyme drain treatment was used after the pipes were jetted clean. Donell showed us before and after after videos. My husband and I recommend Zoom Drain for drain unclogging and cleaning. We would use them again in about 7 to 10 years, when the pipes may need cleaning again. Also, Zoom Drain gave us a new customer discount. ~ Lani A

Had Zoom Drain out to my house for a clogged French Drain. Showed up on time, 5.24.24. Turned out to be mineral deposits clogging the drain. Connor removed “some” of the deposits which in turn allowed the drain to flow, slowly. Said it got it all removed, however large mineral deposit (size of 12 soda can) continue to drain out the pipe from the heavy rains following their service date. Additionally, very very expensive for one hour of work while not completing the job. UPDATE: 6-18-24, Allison called to discuss the initial service visit. Apologized and offered to correct the problem. Zoom then came out on a short notice on Sunday June 16th (Father's Day), and done an amazing job. They took the time to correctly analyze the blockage and then removed the blockage in our French Drains. Really appreciate Zoom Drain going the extra mile to own the problem and correcting it. ~ Stacy W

Zoom Drain is a lifesaver. I had an unforeseen emergency (A palm tree was planted on top of the main sewer valve Years ago, not by me). The roots of the palm tree had begun to tangle into the pipes and in the sewer line, causing my pipes to back up. Zoom Drain was contacted, and the technician, Douglas, who is fantastic, immediately assessed the problem correctly. The office manager, Allison, stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process. We called Zoom Drain just a few days before our Christmas party when our kitchen sink backed up. Our plumber, Donell, was able to come out that same afternoon. He was very informative, answered all of our questions, and had the clog fixed quickly. He didn’t try to upsell us and clearly explained the possible fixes and costs before getting started. Their pricing was lower than Roto-Rooter, and they used a camera scope at no additional charge, which really helped us understand the issue. I had a main line drainage problem and called zoom drain after assessing a few potential companies. First of all, I was impressed with my first call:very helpful and easy to communicate. Had a major clog in my main line at a commercial space during an event. Water would shoot from the base of all toilets when flushed. Donell got there at 1p and didn’t leave until midnight!!! Not having working toilets at an event venue is a major problem! With two events booked the next day, the job had to be completed. He called in additional help and they were able to unclog the line. They did all this inside the building with the event going on without disrupting anything!! Great job!! This company’s number has been saved to my contractor list! The roots of a tree in my backyard broke through a main pipe and stopped all drainage from the house. Zoom Drain responded the same night to my urgent service request and had someone come out the next morning. Although the price was slightly higher than expected/compared to other quotes, the issue was solved quickly, thoroughly and the communication with Zoom Drain was seamless throughout! Connor and his colleague were excellent in fixing my problem. Within a day they were at my home servicing the issue I was having with my dishwasher. It was collecting water after the cycle and I couldn’t figure out why. In less than two hours, my dishwasher was draining properly and everything was back up and running. I was initially leary of a five-star rating, but, dang, these guys are just superb! On time, courteous, professional, reasonable, took the time to explain the work, fixed the issue even though it took extra time! Doug was amazing! He not only fixed the problem he was super nice and my son love watching him. Doug showed him the tools and what they did. He had a blast. My dog also claimed him as her bestie. She does not shy away from deterring people she thinks are not friendly but Doug had her wanting belly rubs and followed him around begging for more pets by the time he left. To be honest, I had never heard of Zoom Drain until today. But that's due to never having a major plumbing issue in the past. But now that I've found them, I officially have a first-call plumbing service. I contacted them very late Sunday night due to my toilet backing up into my shower. Yuck! They responded immediately. They informed me they would have a technician at my home between noon and 3pm Monday. He arrived hours earlier, at around 9:30am. My tech was Doug. He is very professional, respectful and extremely polite. After I explained my problem to him, he did an inspection of my bathrooms, and told me my options. Once I chose my option, he went right to work. Within half an hour, he flushed out my system. Everything that was backed up in the toilets, shower and bathtub, had drained away. My pipes are like brand new again! He also gave me some tips on how to prevent the issue from happening again. If you are lucky enough to have Doug sent to your home or business for a repair, don't let his young age fool you. He knows what he's doing. He is very knowledgeable and efficient at his craft. My kitchen sink was draining super slow because of the grease clogging in the drainage line. I googled the service providers in my area and decided to call Zoom Drain after going through a long list of the providers. I am glad that at the end of the day, I didn't had any regret for my selection. Extremely satisfactory service from the start to the finish! Mr Donell was prompt, professional and courteous. Beside Saturday, he came in a very reasonable time after I booked the service. He helped me out to get me a discount on the quote for the repair. Donell was friendly, reasonable and informative in every aspect of the work done. He spent almost 2 hours to clear the clog and showed the water running to me with camera video and gave his professional advice based on the status of the drain line. Donell came in with shoe sleeves, mat and towels to lay at the working area, which kept the house clean. He removed every obstacle himself and put them back as they were originally. For the past 15 years, I have had to have my kitchen drain cleared on an annual basis. Today was the first time someone noticed the problem and offered a solution. Of course it cost more than having the drain cleared but not much more than I have previously paid. Joe “Bear” Humphrey is the best plumber / technician I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He is incredibly knowledgeable and quick to proven solve. We had a slow drain, dripping bathtub faucet and three showers that were dripping water instead of jetting them. All of the issues were fixed for a very reasonable price.
